C. The place: A suitable place for the event (conference hall of

a school, or a hotel) should be arranged and secured before
the event is announced.

D. Student lists according to the categorization and age groups

as follows;

1. which students will join the written exam

2. which students will participate in the Anzan competition

3. which students will make Anzan show like dual anzan, or

anzan while singing, etc. (for different kinds of Anzan
shows please refer to Menar Presentation Ebook.

4. Students should be informed that they should bring their

own abacus if they intend to use it.

H. Preparation of Students

1. There are 10 sample written exams on Online Exercises

for both first year students and second year students.

2. Teachers can administer one test every week with
students who will participate in the Olympics.

3. You can leave one or two of them to be used as the
competition exam.

4. Students should also do a lot of anzan practice
